Welcome to the fourth edition of our SWITCH newsletter!
As we are approaching the end of the project in May 2016 after two intense years, we would like to draw your attention to two of our major project outcomes: the SWITCH final conference to be held in Bremen on Thursday, April 14th 2016, and the SWITCH Campaign Guide and Toolbox which is being developed as we're going to press.
The final conference will bring together health and transport experts, local authorities and mobility managers, sustainable mobility campaigners and advocacy groups, in a unique setting such as Bremen cycling capital city in Germany, to discuss about travel behaviour change and personalised travel advice in life changing moments. If you have not registered yet to our final conference, secure your seat today!
During our final conference we'll present to you the SWITCH Campaign Guide and Toolbox, an essential tool for cities and practitioners to develop healthy-living and active mobility campaigns, from project inception to delivery, and evaluation.
Last but not least, we are proud to announce that the Hounslow SWITCH project has been profiled in a new publication by the Local Government Association in the UK (a national body that supports local authorities): How councils are making use of behavioural insights to improve health and wellbeing. Thank you to the Public Health and behaviour Change team in Hounslow!
